No matter what part of the country you live in, summers are generally thought of as the swimming season. In some areas, you have to stop this fun summer activity once fall and especially winter set in, but not in the Phoenix AZ area. You may be able to do some of this yourself, but some issues or maintenance will require a professional to do the job for you.

In the future, you may grow out of your home and wish to sell, or perhaps your kids will grow up and move out and you want to downsize. If you have a pool, the resell value of the house will be quite a bit higher, especially in the scorching climates in Arizona.
