Some reputable companies require some kind of experience or even masteral degree to get hired. This does not mean that if you have a degree it is a guaranteed position. No, like most companies do, they have to make sure that you are really capable with the job.

If you are used to handling angry clients, then this job is effortless for you, as long as you have the required skills and can provide proper solution to complaints. Just remember, that your primary objective is to provide excellent customer service. If in some cases there are severe objections, make sure that you manage it without jeopardizing the name of the company.

A manager can be a fulfilling task specially if you know that the department you are handling is improving due to your efforts. Do not worry too much about complaints, it is part of being in a business. Take it as a positive criticism and use that to improve your quality of service in the future.
